    when I bought from this seller, the location was in the USA, California. the seller did not send the parcels and the tracking number for a long time. to my questions, when will they send, he replied that he would ask the warehouse why they did not send. When I asked if the warehouse was in China? The seller immediately changed his location to China! And then he replied that he could refund the money. this situation made a bad impression regarding the seller's honesty! the money was returned!

    Packing was not done well enough and caused damage to the adjustable collars on the struts. Seller offered $10 refund for what they say was the handling of the package that caused the damage. So being that this is a lifetime warranty part, I will use them and if they fail I will get them replaced. See photos of the package.
