  Listed as 13. 5 (for ages 9-12) but arrived as 14.5 (for ages 12-16). When feedback was shared with seller, instead of figuring out a way to make it right, seller wanted to argue.

  Photos of all sizes of items tags were listed. Buyer purchased anyway. When I was notified, the first message I replied Sorry it doesn't fit ,ship it back for refund. Then approved return. I don't know what else the buyer wanted. I CAN say as a long time seller when a buyer wants to "make it right" they usually want to keep the item and want a partial refund. Now just waiting for seller to ship back.....
