    cant get screws out to put battery in, seller wasnt helpful at all, so will never know if its any good or not, looks flimsy and cheap although new ,and fair price. I did buy teeny screwdriver set but still couldnt get them out. My loss and sellers gain

    We are sorry that you have struggled using this product, We did however immediately reply to your messages, and on a number of occasions explained how to open the battery cover, we did also attach images to show you how to remove the battery cover using a standard sized screwdriver. As per the quality of the item, the manufacturing process is something that is out of our hands. All the very best to you.
