    Ad specified tem could be delivered outside america and quoted price and delivery time. Three weeks After deal was agreed and payment taken was told could not deliver as agreed. Held onto my money for another week then refunded. Contacted seller he was not interested in explaining or resolving. Dont make offers on eBay that you can't honour.
