    I did not receive any communications after purchased from Lava Wholesale. I sent two queries which they did not answer. Wait & waited then asked EBay for support and they referred me back to the seller for help. In the end I had to return the item. The return was accepted and free. The outer packaging was only thing missing and seller charged me 10% (6.99 GBP). This does not happen with Amazon order which is A TOTAL PEACE. EBay sellers are always dubious and I always hesitate to order.
