    I ordered a gold necklace with such a small clasp that I couldn't open it - the seller offered to put a larger clasp on it which was very gracious. Since then, my son was able to put a magnetic clasp on it so it's easier to put on. I recommend this seller.

    I have broken or lost three gold chains in the last two years, which is a me problem. I researched the strongest chains and found that a mariner chain is among them. I searched a few online jewelers, but I remembered I had an Ebay gift card and besides, I like supporting smaller retailers. This chain is just as described (I measured, it's 20 inches) and in brand-new, glowing, lit-from-within 10 k beauty. It showcases my new pearl solitaire pendant; I'm in love!
