    Damaged, would not fully refund or exchange. I believe this is against my consumer rights. This arrived, the box wasn't in perfect shape, but ok. When I tried to put it together, it was damaged, the bottom rail was out of alignment and top rail could never go on once sides added. I asked to exchange it, they refused. I sent photos and they made excuses. I had to return it at my own cost and was refunded less than ½ of the original price. They have not replied to my follow up emails.

    As explained the rail is designed to be assembled under 'tension' using a push-fit system, without any screws etc. Customer refused to assemble the rail and actually see the engineering of the rail working with heavy duty capacity. The bottom part and Top Bar are correctly designed to fit together once 'pulled' in position. Customer returned a 'used' rail with parts missing, hence the reduction in refund. It was not returned in a re-saleable condition.
