    We extend our sincerest apologies to learn this. We are a 3PL (Third Party Liquidator). We do our best to test and inspect all items purchased from close out lots. However, when an item is in NEW CONDITION or FACTORY SEALED, such as your item, then we have no reason to believe that it is not functional. However, rest assured we have accepted your return request and hope to serve you better in the future.
