  So this company does hold great stock for anything you could possibly need (even parts for 1999 rav 4s) I received my item next day as stated on the listing (ebay) I was a bit sceptical that it would arrive in time but I was wrong. The item turned up in great time and a quality product. There was a slight issue but I contacted these guys and they resolved the issue in no time at all. Great communication and excellent prices on quality parts. Highly recommended.

  As always, this company just gets it right! As this was an oil pump I rang them to check fitment was correct and as always spoke to a great member of staff who I forgot to get there name but they were super helpful. The delivery time was just 48 hours and it was packed really well and arrived like it had just come off the shelf. When doing a big engine build like I'm doing it's important to have companies I can trust and PIM is one of them. Great value for money as well, matched Autodoc.

  This is feedback for a multi-item order. As previously, I was very satisfied with the seller's prices, quality and variety of parts and speed in dealing with order. The order came in 3 packages, which all arrived the same day. The packaging was "OK.." in that it survived Royal Mail's assault but only just. Some of the order could have fallen out the split open cardboard. I would recommend that the seller uses more tape and padding. Nonetheless, a 5 star experience.
