    This is the only color of Clinique Pop I have currently listed and it is Love Pop the shade is raspberry.... this is the first complaint (I have sold many) and this person was issued a full refund.

    I ordered this item in December and was advised it would be shipped and delivered by 12/27. I have still not received it, there have been no additional tracking updates and the seller has not responded to my message the I sent 3 days ago.

    This item was purchased on 12/26....I have never offered next day delivery as an option. This must have been a misunderstanding! The item was shipped the following day, and arrived Monday January 6th. This was over the New Year holiday so the postal service was down an extra day or so.
