  I did receive this item very late (nine days) and Ebay had refunded my purchase price. Because I was in contact with the seller, I was concerned that he would lose out on the sale. Consequently, he asked if I would 'repurchase' the item and I agreed. Fortunately, all's well that ends well! Item was as described, well packaged, and a good seller.

  Item purchased was to arrive between Aug. 5-9th. It actually arrived on Aug. 18th. Ebay refunded the full purchase price on Aug. 19th. There was no postmark nor cancellations on the package. It was as if this item never went through the USPS system. There was definitely some 'glitch' with the USPS. Fortunately, there was good coumminication from the seller, back and forth.
