    Packaging intact however with tapestry it should be rolled and not folded. The other thing is the smell of it was overwhelming like it had been near mould and mustiness odor.

    We have shipped many of these. we fold to save shipping costs - easy to steam. approximately 10 others have been purchased/shipped from the same group - all stored together - we still have 20 - none have a scent of any kind...not sure what's happening in your own home! These have absolutely no indication of mold or mustiness.
