About us

Cabin Creek Thriftster, our goal is affordable treasures, safely delivered while enjoying life and making the making the most of each day! We are Rose Jennings and Dwight Winters from Byers Colorado, a mother son duo who love thrifting and exploring our great home state finding treasures in nature and store shelves. Aside from doing crafts and jewelry together, my adult son does art, upcycling, and woodworking! So, enjoy our journeys as you browse these listings of antiques, vintage items, recent finds and natural beauty. There is also an occasional item that we have created from either found items or from woodworking. While keeping all this in mind we do what we can to help the environment and recycle from simply dropping off at a local recycling facility or fixing them and listing or packaging items to ship using a variety of materials. I also encourage buyers to recycle the packaging. So happy hunting as you see all the wonderful things we have listed for you to enjoy.

    The seller was so kind enough to send me just the one part i needed, and refunded me the rest of my purchase so i could pay for just what i needed!! This was probably the best, most clever, and most comical packaging ive recieved from an Ebay purchase! To ensure the keyboard that was sent wouldnt be destroyed by postal services, the seller reinforced it with cardboard, then taped "Do Not Bend! Family Photos Uncle Werty!!" all over it. Would definetly reccomend, and buy from again 👍

    I think package handlers get used to the standard "fragile" stickers so I like to mix things up a bit, use things like that, or old martha's cookie jar or something, And why not have fun at the same time! I have even poked holes in boxes with stuffed animals. Since the 'Q' was missing is how I came up with Uncle Werty...may he rest in peace lol.
