    Explained twice in-depth how to cancel this order & gain a refund, both times giving the buyer the solution to him & offered more help if required? No apology required for an item which is clearly listed as a pre order the world over & is still a pre order everywhere. Incorrect, eBay do not refund buyers, sellers do, informed buyer what to do here, easy fix. Please follow instructions given to cancel order & gain refund or simply stay with order. Left with nothing? No not the case? BGW
