  still waiting for a replacement cluster . the first one he sent did not work properly. After he telling me he would send another one and to discard the one he sent initially . I have been trying to contact him for a month now. Still have not received replacement cluster. He communicated once that it was on his way.. I have reached out several times with no outcome. He is not responding anymore. I guess i have to cut my loss and tell my customer that his truck will be in my shop a little longer

  The ECM was packaged very well. It came wrapped 6 times I believe, which is awesome when dealing with electronic parts, especially since most things that go through the mail end up looking like they were kicked down the road all the way to your house. It arrived a day early, which is cool. I haven't gotten it installed yet, so I can't comment on the working status.
