  I checked my email records and did not receive any contacts from the seller until after my inquiry today. After I initially ordered the product I continually checked my order status on Ebay everyday and until today did not see any information concerning the refund notification which was a shock. I still need the gateway and since the ice storm is over with in the northeast, is the product now available?

  Seller was unable to ship item due to extenuating circumstances (snow storm) so was unable to ship. They did, however, refund quickly once asked.

  I was upfront and honest with the buyer I could not control the ice storm I should say storms that hit Buffalo NY this winter that’s beyond my control and I refunded the buyer with out any issues or delays once I knew I would not be able to fullill the order obligation. I don’t think I should get an neutral feedback for being honest and doing the right thing
