The DVD came in a plastic envelope to protect it from moisture, sandwiched between two stiff pieces of cardboard to prevent bending and finally wrapped in layers of bubble wrap before mailing in a protective plastic bag. The DVD exceeds my expectations. As stated in the eBay listing the DVD is region free and plays fine in my U.S. disc player.
