  These people sent me the wrong item, eventually, then when I pointed this out to them by email they demanded I send them picture of the item I received. Don't they know what they ship? I described the item I received in great detail in another email but they still wanted pictures! I don't work for them, they work foe me! Not only do I think they tried to pass-off a cheaper item on me but I believe they had me dealing with an AI. EVENTUALLY they sent the correct item to me but it took way too lo
