    Received the SX-1250 today, Packed very well. The receiver looks great. Issue is I get no sound, All connections were a direct move from my old amp to the new receiver, it lights up ok, but I get no sound from anything. Hope the seller can assist without us having to ship it back. Thank You

    Customer contacted me that the receiver had no output on either channel right after delivery. I had the customer ship back at my expense, The receiver was repaired and ship back, There was a resistor that was shorted out on stabilizer assembly AWR-106 This was caused from shipping. Buyer contacted me after receiving the receiver back and told me how awesome the SX1250 sounded and that he was very happy. Things happen and thing get taken care of.
