    It would work ok for a while, then if I bumped it slightly I’d lose tuning and gain would drop. Drove myself crazy thinking it was a loose coax connection.; traced the problem to this choke. An autopsy revealed some shoddy construction. The coax center was resting on the torroid, and the solder connections were barely there. No way could you squeeze 500W through that hair thin conductor. But, I made no effort to resolve with the seller and I like their other stuff so we’ll call this a neutral.

    Good Unun, works as advertised but you HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS it comes with. I tried to swap into an existing end-fed setup that had a feed point choke and got poor results. Works great when set up correctly; lots of nulls in the right places with relatively minor adjustments to the long wire.
