    I ordered a purple horseshoe lip ring in titanium, 16 gauge. When it arrived, the package was ripped, and upon opening it, I discovered that the clear plastic baggie inside was also torn. As a result, I received what was an empty package. I asked the seller to pls either replace the item or provide a refund. Instead, they ignored my complaints and reposted the same tracking information, confirming the delivery of the empty package to my address. be cautious, if ordering from this seller!!!
