I do blame the delivery service, they often throw packages around haphazardly but bc it was a fragile item I think it could have been packaged a bit better to avoid that. I was given a refund however, it was not the full amount that I paid which was frustrating. Overall, my experience wasn’t the best, I think buying glassware online can be iffy in general but at the same time proper precautions should be taken to avoid breakage
