  I try to learn from other peoples’ mistakes and experiences as much as I can. I guess it was time to learn from my own. How do they have a 5-star rating? Packaging-Awful- did I buy a bowling ball? Quality-Terrible- non-operational. Service-Poor- Hard to get a word in. Quality Control- What’s that? Won’t function, close, scan, print even w/new ink. None of these issues disclosed in descript.
