    The seller canceled the order claiming the item was defective, but I believe this was not true. Very disappointing experience. Awful and stressfull process with irresponsible seller.

During the product inspection, we discovered a defect, so we informed the buyer and promptly processed a refund at their request. I did my best to handle the situation properly and transparently.     Nice pen but ended up paying more than 3 times the actual price of the pen(when it was released)including the customs duty(more than 50% of the cost) Not worth it unless one likes the colour so much and want to own it. It would have been nice if a converter was included.
