    As described. These are very important if it is necessary to remove the wheel for column work, but the factory bolt will not come out because the factory bolt-sealer welded it in!! The bolt's insert drive pattern simply stripped out. Of course, the column will also probably need replaced due to damage during hacking/grinding the bolt off (hopefully saving the wheel). This happened to me once (on my own 2019 Blazer) already. Technically, it is a factory defect.
