  The man who sold me this doll did not state "ARM IS FULLY BROKEN." When I observed the many defects, I asked to have it shipped to the doll hospital repair person Rachel at Tre Sure Galore, the #1 Ebay fixer of My Twinn Dolls since 1990. She wrote me "ARM IS FULLY BROKEN. I CAN'T GLUE IT. It is cracked & will not hold together for any length of time. I will have to give her a new body in order to keep the Denika head he sold you." The doll as is cannot be given as a gift to the girl."

  Buyer obviously didnt read description to know arm was not 100%. Then after they removed all the hair, removed both arms and the skin of the doll did they see a problem and then wanted to return for a refund after they had completely dissected the doll down to the core. I wasn't going to accept it back in pieces and how do I know they didn't break it while they were ripping it apart. People are just absolutely crazy, I've trashed this item now I want a refund. AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!
