    So this is the first time i have had to leave a bad review. I bought a vintage phonola ( vintage, portable wind up record player) it came broken the reproducer is damaged it can not work. Told by seller hecwould refund $30 and he had insurance and would file a claim this was august 10. After almost 3 weeks, I have recieved no refund or any communication about the insurance. No surprise i am very unhappy!
