    Very good can use one, two or all three tiers. For one person I put all vegetables in one tier and worked out good. It doesn't take up much space and steams the food well at 10 to 15 mins. I've made Bao buns in it and they turned out good. I put parchment paper on the bottom of the tiers and still is good. Up to now it's never run out of steam for the time I've steamed things. Not necessary, but I put hot water in it to get the steam coming faster 😊👍 *****
