    Item never arrived. They say it was sent by Royal Mail signed but I suspect they sent it by a cheaper courier. Sent one message and they said they’d investigate. Sent a second message that they ignored. Raised this with eBay stating that I still wanted the item but ended up with a refund. I wonder if they sent it at all.

    We only send with Parcelforce and royal mail for UK Deliverys, Tracking was provided and due to the case being opened we could do nothing as eBay was involved - Why would we not send the item? it is just a loose loose situation! we have lost a £150 sale and £150 of goods with currently no refund on the insurance on the item as well as a unhappy customer/negative review - Your message wasn't picked up as it was when we was on annual leave unfortunately, we are not a 1000 team company sorry
