Needed to return and this company is awful they never once responded to any of my messages and didn't send me a refund, after around 2 weeks of receiving the item. Thankfully after contacting ebay I was able to get me refund. No idea why they make it so complicated and not answer their messages. 👎

    The description of the hinges said they were soft close but the ones sent were not soft close. I request a refund within the return window but they never responded to me with the shipping return information and therefore they have not refunded my money. DO NOT use this seller! Scammers!
