    Order was for a 15" chain. A 15" chain was sent. We document all shipments. A screenshot of the order she placed is posted on the bronze cable chain listing. A photograph of the chain that was sent to her is posted as well, showing the chain on a ruler with her shipping label.

    I received a defective item and without any tags even though it was described in the item description. The same day I sent the message to the seller with the pictures. The seller refused to acknowledge that the item is defective. I sent another message to the seller and received no response. I cannot use the item as the chain is defective. The chain cannot be connected. I will never buy from this seller again.

    We photograph each order when packing. Yelena’s order photo is posted on the bronze chain listing, if you would like to see it. The photo shows her USPS shipping label, the brand new chain with the perfect clasp that was sent to her and the package with the tag that it was sent in. Her claim that we sent her a dirty, old, broken chain with no packaging is absurd (and a lie).
