  I have tried contacting the seller but they don’t respond but the printer came with ink all over the back and since it was black and the printer is black you couldn’t see the ink very well except in the box. Also the first time we plugged it up it says paper jam and we have never loaded paper into it. The printer is not functional.

  The quality and value of this product is terrible. it came in bad condition with a dent on the top. although the appearance of the item looked okay, I found out it didn’t work at all after cleaning the nozzle repeatedly. The seller will not accept a return, so now I have to fight it out with Allstate whom I bought a policy from for the product. DO NOT buy from this seller. Go ahead and spend the extra money for a product that works.

  I like this ink. I use it in my modified wf-2850 "tank" printer. It doesn't clog now that I know how much I have to print to maintain it and I think the prints look really nice! I think they might be a little darker than the official claria inks though.
