Having done so, was told Evri were delivering and had advised seller item damaged in transit - Evri are so professional, they would have emailed me to say they had the parcel a couple of days prior, so unsure about details I have been give. Requested refund, which was given immediately. Not sure I would use this seller again, due to lack of good customer service
