    Extremely disappointed service from this seller.waited for this item for 15days and delivery showing untracked.contacted seller few times and he said it is with evri.Evri is a reliable service and parcels are always tracked so his reply doesn’t make sense. Long waited and waste of time.As an advice please don’t buy from this seller very unreliable.

    Item did not arrive. Order stated 'untracked' so messaged seller to chase delivery. Having done so, was told Evri were delivering and had advised seller item damaged in transit - Evri are so professional, they would have emailed me to say they had the parcel a couple of days prior, so unsure about details I have been give. Requested refund, which was given immediately. Not sure I would use this seller again, due to lack of good customer service
