    I ordered two of these. They were both in like-new condition and you could tell by the packaging that there was no way they were getting damaged in shipping. They look great and were considerably less expensive than new ones. This seller really knows their stuff!

    Owner reached out after receiving negative feedback. He had employee send power cord. Once received he reached out and requested I change my feedback. Still puzzled why it’s not standard to send power cord with equipment but at least they did the right thing and sent it.

    I spoke to Jennifer and she is a very nice person. I am sorry she had this negative experience. We appreciate her bring this to our attention. I have taken the listing down so it will not confuse anyone else. We did send a power supply out immediately at no charge. We always strive to take care of our customers and make things right.
