We're trying to recreate the glory days of bookselling in Dublin when people browsed book barrows on Aston Quay, dropped into George Webb's bookshop for a quick gander and then ambled over to Greene's Bookshop on Clare Street to climb the rickety stairs and breathe in that intoxicating aroma of old books. Those days are gone, but the books are not. You'll find some of them here. Mostly Irish books, by which we mean books published in Ireland, but other types too. Stay a while, have a look, see if there's something you like. We'll consider reasonable offers on all the books. We ship quickly and answer all queries promptly. We know you love books, we do too.

This was damp through with mould growing all over the spine and pages. The description did mention spotting and marks but not that this was very damp like it had been sitting in. A place where rain comes in. The envelope was not wet so it was sealed like this. It took a week to dry out. It cannot join my other books as it will spread and carries a mouldy smell permeating the whole room.
