    I couldn't rate the quality of this item. Seller sent me this item appears to be used, not as described. With little bit of white paint substance and scratches all over the black plastic lock, along with 2 missing keys. Therefore, we were unable to use this item. I messaged the seller, questioning how this matter would be resolved. Seller attempted to go rounds back and forth. I finally requested a refund, seller stop responding. But thanks to eBay stepped in and refunded us. Buyers Beware!
