  Patronising attitude from seller.. hence broken bolt fs55r strimmer head I've had to repair it to make it useable?

  I'm sorry you feel that way. However, I asked for clear pictures of the issue and received none. The item has been in use for over 10 days, and despite being offered the option to return it for a full refund, the buyer chose not to do so. Before dispatch, everything was thoroughly checked – there were no broken bolts. It seems this may be a case of trying to shift responsibility for damage that likely occurred after delivery.
