Usual way to deal with missing items is to actually inform the seller so that they know you have not received your package. Your package was sent from Brisbane on 11th August. If it has not arrived then Australia Post is the place you should be directing your anger. We post 100% of orders within 24hrs. We have also refunded you in full even though Australia Post have lost it.
