  I ordered 4 books at the same time from the same seller so eBay is annoying by asking for 4 separate bits of feedback. So - copy and paste: ordered Saturday evening, despatched Sunday and delivered in one parcel (good seller) tracked Royal Mail lunchtime Tuesday. Excellent service, very good packing. All books as described. Nectar is equally as it treats each book as a separate purchase. I'll get 8 emails from Nectar, eventually. Grumble over. It seems that Baham is owned by Awesome.

  The item sent did not match the 'very good' condition description - however, the seller rectified this immediately once raised as an issue - without argument or fuss. There was obviously a mistake in the item description, but the response from the seller was quick, accepting and solution driven. The prices of items give excellent value. My experience hasn't put me off of shopping with them again - if anything the opposite as I'm now confident in the seller's integrity.
