  Item was listed as new and sealed in box, but upon opening it, the box had clearly been resealed according to my partner. Plus the fur was slightly yellowed in areas and it also didn't work. Seller gave a hassle about returning it for a full refund despite it not working and ebay had to step in. Further, instead of taking responsibility, seller tried to downplay us by saying 'If you wanted a toy you should've bought a used one', but we wanted one guaranteed to work. Would not recommend seller.

  Buyer received on August 29th and waited weeks before opening a return stating the item was not new, when it in fact was, as it came from my own collection. Item was shipped out in new-old stock, sealed condition. As a person who buys/sells collectibles, once a buyer receives the item, the return should be instant and to raise concern about the condition. Since it has been weeks since the item was received, something was done to the item out of my control, hence the not as described reasoning
