    Probably the most frustrating experience I've had on eBay in over 30 years. Communication is minimal and worthless. Purchased winch bumper and it shipped with no instructions or inventory list. After days they sent partial instructions. On top of that when assembling one of the welds popped because of an obviously cold weld. I'll have to take care of that myself because they've already proven there's no point in bringing that up, I don't have several weeks to straighten that out. Buyer beware.
