    Seller completely ignored my request to have a new part shipped instead of receiving a refund. I made it very clear that I had no desire to receive a new refund and would prefer a new part was shipped. This was communicated very clearly with the seller on 2 separate occasions. Instead of sending another part and working to recoup their loss with the shipper they issued the refund. I'm very frustrated as now I have to source this part elsewhere and restart a month after original purchase.
