  When I first received the radio all the systems didn't work. I reached out to the seller and after a few days they made a correction to the unit and it worked. However, after a week the radio started having problems. I reached back out and I have been trying to get replacement parts, but I am being ignored. I text message them thru ebay and thru WhatsApp. Sometimes I get a reply and most times I do not. I feel like I have no way to get assistance. I can't figure out how to ask ebay for help.
