    Item advertised as 28 inches long but is actually a bit short at 27.5 inches. Can't complain as it's only $1. Am guessing remnant pieces (what's left after fitting the front windshield wipers) can be joined together for the rear wiper. It should stay in place as the rear wiper has small elbows at the ends to prevent the blade from sliding out from the frame.
