    This is a low cost reamer and its OK for the job I have for it (cleaning some reamed valve guides). It is slightly over diameter (4.53mm) at the drive end and would therefore not be ideal for precision reaming to exactly 4.5mm. Itemm arrived quckly and was well packed.
