Postal service sent the item to Detroit MI from Las Vegas, which the mail is supposed to go to Bullhead City from Vegas, anyway it added 4 days to the shipping time. Brian at Titanium Satellite stayed on top of the situation and offered to send me another item but it finally got sorted out and all is good, but this has happened to me before with the post office and this is not good. I am Leary of buying from sellers that use the postal service now days...I know it is not the sellers fault...
