    Bad Quality. 1st head sent didn't work. Missing most of the channels after several cleans. Seller sent another after a conversation. That head came worse than the first. Look like it had been ripped out of the printer with no care. The circuit board was detached from the flat ribbon cables inside. Seller offered to send a third head which i declined since the heads should have been inspected and tested before shipment. Seller was great with communication. Price was okay if it had worked.

    These were sold as used and not returnable. I have many. I offered the buyer to send another to him and he refused.Then I offered to send him one that he can install before paying for it and he refused.I tried my est to resolve problem
