  This was advertised to come with a headboard, and I asked to confirm if that was the case before the bed frame shipped, and the seller said that no, the pictures were just for demonstration. I saw that headboards were being sold used in their store for *more* than the cost of a new one. I also purchased the walnut frame, and I was sent the natural colored one. I've tried to communicate for an actual resolution, asking for the headboard, or for a discounted priced headboard, but nope.

  This was fantastic product. As the product was in the glass bottle, the middle bottle was completely shattered. I contacted seller and I was insulted by offering $2 discount. Like, you just buy a candy and shut up. Do not cry. I refused the offer and ask them send me a bottle. they kept sending me apologies only stating, we follow our store policy.
