    The seller refused to accept the defective item he sold me; he referred me back to the manufacturer. The seller knew the item was defective but refused to work with me. Posted pictures that arent accurate of the item as well, which i find to be misleading.

    Item is not defective and listing clearly states No Returns. eBay has the verified receipt for the item proving its new in box. Buyer is blaming me because he can't figure out his home network issues. eBay is taking action against buyer's continued threats and harassment that violate multiple eBay polices.
